Join the Picadome Neighborhood Association!

Membership is just $20 per household, per year. Your dues support newsletters, community events, beautification projects, safety initiatives, and help us win grants that improve our neighborhood — all organized by volunteers.

What your dues pay for

  • Print and distribute the neighborhood newsletter
  • Host social events with food and entertainment
  • Pay dues to the Fayette County Neighborhood Council and Southland Association
  • Fund Neighborhood Watch signs and safety initiatives
  • Maintain our post office box and website
  • Apply for and match grants for neighborhood projects (trees, beautification, etc.)

💡 Every dollar is stretched. All projects are organized and carried out by neighborhood volunteers.

Who Can Join?

Membership is open to any household (owners or renters) living within the boundaries of the Picadome Neighborhood Association.

  • Each paid household is entitled to one vote at regular or special meetings.
  • Voting members can participate in elections and decisions that shape our neighborhood.
