A tough cardinal soldiers on in the weather extremes

Greetings from your Picadome Neighborhood Association! We hope you are keeping warm during this artic front that we have been enduring. Thanks to all the neighbors who were able to shovel sidewalks enough for the post office personnel to deliver. Please check on your elderly neighbors during these severe temperatures to be sure they are ok.

Neighborhood Matching Grant Award
We are pleased to report that PNA has received a Neighborhood Matching Grant for $4,000 to be used for planting trees at Lafayette High School in honor of their 75th Anniversary and to be used for landscaping at our vacant lots on Lafayette Parkway. Special thanks to Laurie Fields and Sandy Shafer for applying for this grant for us. Details of the award will be presented at our next PNA Neighborhood Meeting.

Next PNA Neighborhood Meeting
To celebrate the upcoming end of winter and welcome in summer,  we are planning our next Picadome Neighborhood Meeting in March. We will share details on the Neighborhood Match Grant and about Lafayette’s 75th Anniversary. Please watch for posts sharing the date and time.
